Richard Mandle - Campus Police Officer ​

A bald police officer with white skin and a white stache, standing at 5"10, weighing 270 lbs. He is obviously overweight, and is usually seen in uniform.

He often comes off as disgruntled or lazy to strangers. He is mostly seen happy while discussing family, or while with his son, Richard. He also gets along with his co-workers fairly well.

Zachary is dead.

Linda is dead.

Jeff is dead.

Jorge? Dead.

Except those two kids? Everyone is dead.
