An announcement posted on the notice boards. It reads as follows,
MONROE CITIZENS AND VISITORS,
With the end of the Winter of 2028 fast approaching, it is time for us to spring forward in our construction efforts to rebuild what was lost in the terrorist acts that caused our beloved community kitchen to burn down along with our food stockpile. Starting now, we will focus all our efforts on completing the construction of the kitchen so that we may move forward and continue on our repair efforts for the Mill. There will be provisions and payment provided to all those who will lend their hand in these efforts. Payment will be given out at the end of the workday.
