Hello Everyone,
Today, the Multiplayer Update released to Build 41. Like everyone, we are very excited, however, with this release, I think we should clarify our plans for What Remains going forwards.
Firstly, we will be finishing the rest of the lore in the current, Build 40 release. Updating now would break a lot of things, and it is important to remember that B41 is still in the IWBUMS branch. If we were to update now, we don't know how it would affect the map, our current mods we have, or player saves. Even if B41 goes stable before the lore ends, updating would likely break quite a bit. We will also not be rushing to end What Remains, and we plan one more season to wrap things up, and give everyone a conclusion worth the 1 Year+ that both players and admins have invested into their characters and the lore.
Secondly, while this is going on, the admin team will be using the IWBUMS build toscrew around test various aspects of our next lore, making sure the new map as well as mods work (Such as Pika's Prop Mod, Necroforge, Ect.).
