Gateway Roleplay (GWR) costs $79 USD/month and $45 USD/year for the dedicated server and forum domain registration respectively.

- Nearly all donations are put towards our monthly server payments and year domain registration payment.
- If we happen to go over our goal in any given month, the funds will be set aside for the next month.
- We may also use donation funds to purchase server and software upgrades.
How does donating via Patreon work?
- Perks are given on a cumulative basis. This means that if you donate $15 USD once and do not donate again the next month, you'll maintain your perks.
- There are a few perks that are restricted to only those who donate monthly, but the majority are available forever as long as you donate once.
- Like any other Patreon, donating toward a higher tier will grant you the perks that come with the lower tiers as well.
- If you included your forum/Discord usernames in your donation note, we'll be able to deliver your perks right away.
- Otherwise, submit a support ticket via our donation claims form and include a screenshot of your receipt or some other confirmation email. We'll be able to deliver your perks from there.
- If we do not deliver your perks within 24 hours of donating, feel free to submit a donation claim ticket!
- If you donate via Patreon and don't receive your perks by the time the next payment cycle comes around, we'll issue you a refund.

Forum Donation Benefits
- Time between thread bumps is reduced to 12 hours. (Originally 24.)
- Time between thread bumps is reduced to 6 hours. (Requires $15 USD donated cumulatively.)
- Time between thread bumps is reduced to 3 hours. (Requires $30 USD donated cumulatively.)
- Shoutbox rate-limiting removed entirely. (Originally 1 second between messages.)
- Unlimited time to reactivate account upon deactivation. (Originally given 1 week.)
- Ability to reset your profile view counter.
- Ability to change your username whenever you'd like. (Originally 1 week in between changes.)
- Signature length limit increased from 3 to 6 lines.
- Signature length limit increased from 3 to 9 lines. (Requires $15 USD donated cumulatively.)
- Custom forum username color.
- Custom forum title. (Requires $5 USD donated cumulatively.)
- Third character slot. (Requires $5 USD donated cumulatively.)
- Personal Event (Requires $15 USD donated cumulatively, $15 USD for each event thereafter.)
