A young cop rescued by the group occupying what is called "The Crossroads". William Roose is constantly full of energy and optimism, rarely finding himself in anything less than a good mood. He's often seen with his dog sidekick, a Doberman named Moose, carelessly volunteering for dangerous missions. Not much else is known about him aside from his past as a police officer.
