≫ WHAT WE BECOME: SURVIVOR STORIES APPLICATIONS ≪

  • Applications for What We Become: Survivor Stories are currently on hold while we work on creating our second wave of combat tests.

What We Become: Survivor Stories is a series of bite-sized scenarios meant to test our new and improved combat system in action! Our first wave contained 5 different scenarios, all taking place within the What We Become universe. Our second wave will contain 5 more scenarios. If you've been waiting to play on the server, now's your chance!

Additionally, each scenario has a limited number of slots for each role in the party, as well as an overall participation limit. If you apply for a role/scenario that is already full, you will be asked to apply for a different role/scenario. You can view the number of slots remaining for the current scenario on its respective forum post, linked above.

Make sure to check out our latest newsletter if you haven't yet! It has lots of information about our upcoming lore, among other things.

The Wanderer is a character and a survivor in GWR's lore 'The Lone Star'

The Wanderer is a stranger from elsewhere - it is not known where he's from, or what his real name is. He is an anomaly to any who meet him.

Appearance

Standing at 6’0”, or 183cm, and weighing in roughly 169lbs, The Wanderer is on the broader side of the spectrum. Well-rounded in stature, he appears in his physical prime. He’s white, and his hair is a windswept, almost bleached-looking blonde, with a neat stubble covering his lower face. His eyes, without his shades, are green and generally look tired to anyone who peers in and slightly below his eyes. It’s a signet of his lack of sleep. He seems roughly his age, and overall appears somewhat a well-built, attractive ‘bad boy’ from the ’90s.

He is most often seen wearing leather or other single-piece studded jackets, and a pair of black shades concealing his eyes. He almost always wears dark jeans - the more flexible they are, the better. He is almost always seen with a guitar on a sling over his shoulder.

I can't make this better on my own.
I've gotta help people while I still can.
But while it chases me, I've gotta
Keep Running. That's all I can do.
