Applications for What We Become: Survivor Stories are currently on hold while we work on creating our second wave of combat tests.
What We Become: Survivor Stories is a series of bite-sized scenarios meant to test our new and improved combat system in action! Our first wave contained 5 different scenarios, all taking place within the What We Become universe. Our second wave will contain 5 more scenarios. If you've been waiting to play on the server, now's your chance!
Additionally, each scenario has a limited number of slots for each role in the party, as well as an overall participation limit. If you apply for a role/scenario that is already full, you will be asked to apply for a different role/scenario. You can view the number of slots remaining for the current scenario on its respective forum post, linked above.

She is an approachable fresh-faced young woman who stands in at five-foot-six inches and weighs in at one-hundred and forty-three pounds. She is an extremely fit woman who often deceives with her initial appearance matched with her personality. Rachel has long blonde hair which she often wears done-up into a messy bun or ponytail, her face shows no signs of wear-and-tear or scarring, a sign of her greenness to the environment. She can often be found wearing an array of different clothing ranging from practical to the impractical; she still appreciates fashion, even in the current climate, and will sometimes dress herself up and even wear makeup, though it is rare. One constant is her handmade necklace, which seems to hold some sentimentality to her.
What makes someone insane? The ability to adapt to stoicism and pessimism or the ability to keep yourself as someone who you want to be in the face of tremendous loss - Rachel Bevis has long settled on the latter being the mistake most people make. She is an outwardly optimistic young woman with a bubbly disposition who is often underestimated and mistaken as being ditzy. Rachel is an intelligent young woman who has been conditioned with the ability to flip a switch in the heat of the moment to someone willing to do what it takes to protect the people she cares most for.
