All citizens are encouraged to know about these characters and avoid them. Helping any of the people listed below is subject to punishment in a court of law for aiding and abetting. The Monroe Council does not condone or encourage vigilante action.

Enemies of Monroe:


Carl Miller
Leader of the Miller gang, who has been and is a continued threat to Monroe and Monroe County.


Members of the Miller gang
For being a continued threat to Monroe and her people.


Members of the Trenholm cannibal clan
For assaulting our people, our allies and our traders on the road.





Wanted:


Elijah Hunt
Wanted alive to stand trial for the murder of Emma Reid and suspected affiliation with the Miller gang.


Avery Dekker
Wanted alive to stand trial for assisting with the assasination of CPF councilman George Dow.


Constantine Hasapis
Wanted alive to stand trial for the murder of Katherine Fitzgerald.


Crystal Chen
Wanted alive to stand trial for assisting with the murder of Katherine Fitzgerald and stealing from the Monroe Treasury.


Suspected members of Brighton
Anyone who is reasonably suspected to be a member of Brighton is wanted alive for questioning.
