PERSONALITY
Francis isn't a man of many words. He puts himself at a distance to most Rangers out of 2-15, disconnecting himself from the majority of Coalition troops. Francis seems to have taken on a proactive role in 2-15, helping to draft plans and decide courses of actions to take. He doesn't go out of his way to uphold "Coalition" ideals like other Rangers. Despite his lack of verbally expressing it, Francis seems grateful for the newfound amenities surrounding him. Never one to let anything go to waste, Francis takes full advantage of everything provided to him.

APPEARANCE
Francis stands at 5'9'' and weighs about 160 pounds, appearing average for his frame. He looks weathered, the man's hair unruly and his stubble uneven. His uniform looks baggy on him, the outfit not quite fitting right. Tattoos mark his body, none having any discernable meaning or ties to any relevant faction. His lip appears to be split, a scab growing over the middle of it. If one were to see his forearms, they're lined with scars of varying sizes dotting from his hands to his biceps.
