Monroe History
Known among the inhabitants of Monroe as the current head of security, joining the community around the time of Martin Hyung's passing. He has served under both previous security heads as a guard, having good standing with Carol Brown. Due to the incident that lead to Carol's death he was elected into the position. Having been head for nearly a year and a half now, Charles is known to be direct and firm in mannerism as he goes about completing his duties. He's rarely seen off duty, almost always seen wearing the security brassard and scarf. For those that frequent trips to the police station or serve as guards, Charles is known to be capable of repairing damaged radios and occasionally dismantles unusable ones for parts.
